We’re proud to partner with Life Solutions, who are joining us as a key supporter of mental health in our city. Together, we’re building a healthier, more sustainable Hong Kong, caring for both our people and our planet.

Life Solutions is the leading water solution provider in Hong Kong, Macau, and China, with expertise in water filtration and dispensers from 20 years of experience.

They aim to provide all our clients with a greener alternative to plastic bottled water and cultivate an attitude towards green living while attaining the cleanest, healthiest standard of drinking water. Life Solutions offers a broad range of products perfect for the workplace, home, restaurant, hotel, and school campus of any size.

The New Normal Charity (TNN) is a Section 88 registered charity in Hong Kong.

We provide accessible mental health support to people facing life’s challenges, especially when help feels out of reach. We do this by empowering people with lived experience to support their community through free peer support groups, accessible training and community activities.

Our mission is to ensure no one feels alone in life’s difficult moments.

Why a charity like TNN needs support

Mental health support in Hong Kong faces significant challenges. The public system often has long waiting periods for free services, meaning people may not get help when they need it most. Private care can be prohibitively expensive, a reality we hear often from attendees at our groups.

Timely, accessible, and affordable support is essential, alongside appropriate care for those who do reach out. Accessible community spaces are limited, and social and emotional isolation is common. This makes peer support groups and community networks even more crucial, especially for people who are not connected to traditional clinical services.

At TNN our aim is to provide accessible and approachable mental health support so that everyone has options for support and no one has to face these challenges alone.
