Our Charity

The New Normal Charity is a Hong Kong registered S88 charity 91/19147. We support people through life's difficult moments. We aim to address the pressing need for accessible mental health and community resources in Hong Kong.

The challenge lies in addressing the amalgamation of financial hardship and emotional distress. In a city where 21% of the population lives in poverty and a significant percentage can't afford essential health-related services, our initiatives provide crucial lifelines.

By offering free support groups, holistic wellbeing programmes and training we aim to bridge this gap, ensuring accessibility of emotional and mental health support and resources. Through free peer support groups, we aim to foster a supportive environment for individuals facing emotional struggles, ensuring no one feels alone during challenging times.
